Fourteen years ago I came to St. Louis from Moscow. A lot of difficult questions came to me at that period. I had to think hard about what to do in my new life. I decided that esthetician would be a good profession for me - I always liked to take care of people. First step was beauty school where I studied hair, nails and skin. After school I attended several classes offered by different skin care companies in America, England, France, Canada, Italy, Russia, and Austria. I wanted to know as much as possible about skin. After two years of studying I decided to open my Skin Care Studio in May 1994. These years (1994-2004) of dedicated work have been the happiest years in my life. They brought me many friends and the opportunity to help a lot of people to feel and look better! I'm trying to think how many facials have I done? It's about 12,000! And every face, every skin, that I touched, is unique with its individual features, individual texture and its individual problems. I am very lucky and appreciate the opportunity to serve, to help and as the result - to gain wide experience. My goal is as always studying the skin and skin care market. There is something new every day. I am constantly searching for new formulations, looking for the most advanced technology with the highest quality ingredients. This approach helps me solve skin problems more quickly and achieve better results. Sometimes I combine a few techniques or different procedures. For example: Dermabrasion with Cold Laser or Renaissance with OXY Trio peel. The Advanced Facial is a "combo" of back massage, Pressure Point Yoga treatment for the face, Steam, Extractions, Glycolic peel, Cold Laser. After this treatment you emerge feeling smooth with a slightly piney scent like mountain air.
When I recommend a product for Home Skin Care
I'm compiling the product from different companies. How do I know it's the
best? I enjoy testing each product on my own "poor" skin. I have to be
convinced this product really works. Today I may proudly say that my

that encourage healing, restoration and relaxation. Last week I met my friends whom I haven't seen for years. They were amazed - "Maria, you look exactly like you did ten years ago! Did you have a plastic surgery?" I did not. My joke is that I'm experimenting how long it's possible to keep a youthful appearance without any surgery. My clients are "chicken" like me. We are afraid of the knife. My Skin Care System, includes not only product, but also Yoga Acupressure Face Lift - a facial massage that I recommend clients do at home in the shower. Actually, the people who came to me ten years ago don't look ten years older. And this is not magic. Yesterday I was surprised when my daughter told me: "Mom, I'll catch up with you in few years if you continue looking younger every year." I just smiled. "Dear Margaret, do it like me, do it together with me, do it better than me. I will help you." We all age, but we should have courage to do it gracefully. When a reporter asked the famous Italian actress, what are the ten happiest years in her life, her answer was: from 39 to 40! |
