Put a limit on the signs of age

Maria's new book: "STAYOUNG(c). Push Your Point & Be Happy"

The Acupressure Face Lift - a Fitness Program for the Face

We can read in the press that every eight seconds one person in the United States turn 50. This is unprecedented time in human history.

When we see the first wrinkle on the face we become intensely preoccupied with the question: "How to stop this?" We panic and start applying different creams and lotions with hope that wrinkles will disappear.

The problem is not in the skin itself, but by a weakening of the underlying muscles and tissue. Aging is caused by a breakdown in the genetic code. As we age, the regenerating process becomes less than perfect.

Most modern exercise programs dismiss the face as a bony, unchangeable part of the body. It is not. Tiny muscles shape our expressions. There are pressure points and resistance movements we can use to help restore the skin ‘s resiliency and improve subcutaneous muscle tone. The specific technique for this kind of treatment leaves us feeling refreshed, relaxed and energized.

Remember, our mission is to look and feel our best.

We need a program that helps us feel and look better as long as we wish, and now we have the program. But before we start, let's check out few things that will help reach our goal:

Reduce stress. The hormone cortisol is created by the body in emergency situations. But too much of cortisol in the body can be a key factor of aging. We need to develop relaxation techniques to lower stress levels. These can be: meditation, selecred elements of aerobics, pressure point therapy for the face and upper body, breathing, and stretching exercises.

Maintain a healthy diet. "Every doughnut, candy bar and soda adds to a toxic excess of blood sugar that shows up on your face." - Dr. Vincent Giampapa, founder of the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine. And we cannot go further without nutrition. I found a few recipes that can improve the diet: Vitamin Salad, Sunscreen Soup, and Weight Loss Juice.

Supplements help the body fight the free radicals. We can take 350 mgs of CAE extract (carboxyl alkyl esters); 10-30 mgs of niacinamide; 10-25 mgs of zinc for DNA repair.

Melatonin, produced by the body's pineal gland, lowers in production and we become susceptible to wrinkling. We need to consult the doctor about proper dosage of supplements.

Other important steps to keep in great shape: avoid alcohol, stop smoking, protect the skin from the sun with sunscreen, glasses, hat, have a good sleep.

Our goal is a rejuvenation of our face, restoring it back to a more youthful appearance. If we age smarter we will look younger than our chronological age. We will be healthier, more cheerful, better adjusted, more satisfied with our lives, and live longer.

When we have the opportunity to improve physical appearance through special treatments and makeovers, there are significant gains in our self-image, self-esteem, confidence, and the sense of physical well-being.

The opportunity has come: we have a book "STAYOUNG(c). Push Your Point & Be Happy", this is a system that includes: pressure points to the face and upper body, facial resistance exercises, elements of aerobics, breathing exercises, and coordination.

Before I began writing the book, I tried everything in practice along with my clients. We have been doing the exercises for almost a year and I can see a lot of improvement in both appearance and health. Some people even accused me in a secret face lift. But I simply feel more relaxed and more energetic, I am flexible, I am in great mood, I believe in the future and I have a lot of plans. I invite you to join me in my journey to find the youth. God help us!
